Vision: Every child will have a safe and happy childhood.
Mission: Changing lives. Transforming families.
Purpose: To protect children from abuse and neglect by providing safe and loving homes where they can grow, thrive, and live to their fullest potential.

The primary goal for Foster Parents is to provide a warm and safe environment that meets the basic needs of children placed in their homes.
Children and youth come into care because of maltreatment by their parents or caregivers. As a Foster Parent, you can make a difference in a child's life. You can provide hope for a child's future.
According to national data, in 2015, over 400,000 children came into the U.S. foster care system. Of those children who came into care, 23 percent were children of color.
